Yoga In The Bhagvad Gita
5 Nights
Bhagavad Gita helps to understand philosophy of Karma Yoga. The Bhagavad Gita teaches that all these paths ultimately lead to the same goal, which is spiritual realization and union with the divine. It emphasizes the importance of finding the path that best suits an individual’s nature and inclinations.
The Bhagavad Gita also discusses the concept of “yogic detachment,” which means performing one’s duties and actions without attachment to the fruits of those actions. This principle is closely related to Karma Yoga.
