Foundation Course in Yoga is an introductory course for students who has no previous experience of yoga. We offer two weeks Foundation Yoga program to enable an individual to gain expertise on common yoga knowledge and practices. The course duration of this course is 50 Hours. You will experience here yoga is a art of living, devine and sattvic life.
We will provide you a Tasty, hygienic, and sattvic food. Ashram Rooms are Well lighted, cleaned, and peaceful.
This two weeks program is designed to allow the participants to focus on their training and learning yoga lifestyle. They will get hyginic and comfortable rooms, healthy vegetarian meals, structured daily schedule enhance your ability to focus on your spiritual training.
The course is based on traditional technique of Hatha Yoga basic asana includes prayers, pranayama, Surya Namaskar, Vedic Chanting, Philosophy (Yoga Darshan), Karma Yoga.
After course completion, you will receive certificate of completion. The Foundation Yoga course does not certify you as a yoga teacher. To become a certified Yoga Teacher you requires a minimum of RYS 200 Hours of training to register as a yoga teacher.
