Ayurveda has gained popularity worldwide for its holistic approach to health and well-being.Ayurveda identifies three fundamental bio-energetic forces or doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Each person has a unique combination of these doshas, which determine their physical and mental characteristics. Health is believed to be a state of balance between these doshas.
Ayurveda employs a range of treatments, including herbal remedies, dietary guidelines, yoga, meditation, and lifestyle modifications to address imbalances and promote well-being.
Ayurveda emphasizes individualized treatment based on a person’s unique constitution and imbalances. Two individuals with the same ailment might receive different treatments based on their specific doshic makeup.
Note: All the programm will be in the collaboration with Ayushtree healthcare in the guidence of ayurvedic practioner and expereinced therapist.
